Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Lead to design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications using .NET 8/9. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern software engineering practices. This role requires hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using .NET 8/9, C#, and ASP.NET Core
- Build and maintain Microservices using Event-Driven Architecture
- Own features end-to-end from database design to deployment
- Develop RESTful APIs using Entity Framework Core
- Implement messaging solutions using MassTransit
- Work with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes for cloud-native deployments
- Implement authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant solutions
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, documentation, and code reviews while validating generated code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET 8/9, ASP.NET Core
- Entity Framework Core

- Event-Driven Architecture
- MassTransit or similar messaging frameworks
- AWS Cloud
- Docker & Kubernetes
- SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis
- Dependency Injection, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns

- Daily experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar AI coding tools

- Experience in FinTech / Financial Services
- Payments, Remittances, Banking, Card Processing
- ACH/SWIFT, FX, KYC/AML domain knowledge
