1.2 Purpose of the Role
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the complete recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for Rasmadhuri Sweets and Snacks (Mithdi), from sourcing candidates to confirming new hires post-probation. The role ensures the company builds a reliable, verified, and well-onboarded workforce across manufacturing, retail, and corporate functions.
1.3 Key Responsibilities
A. Candidate Sourcing
- Identify hiring needs in coordination with department heads and management.
- Source candidate resumes through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), consultancies, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
- Maintain an updated database of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms with accurate role descriptions.
B. Screening
- Screen resumes against role requirements, experience, and qualifications.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess suitability, availability, salary expectations, and location fit.
- Shortlist candidates and maintain a screening tracker with status updates.
- Reject unsuitable applications with appropriate, timely communication.
C. Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and respective department heads/management.
- Coordinate interview logistics (timing, mode — in-person/telephonic/video, venue).
- Send interview confirmations and reminders to candidates.
- Collect and consolidate interview feedback from panel members.
- Communicate selection/rejection decisions to candidates professionally and promptly.
D. Offer & Onboarding
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters as per company format.
- Negotiate and finalize joining terms (salary, joining date, designation) within approved limits.
- Plan and execute a structured onboarding process for new joiners, including induction, documentation, and introduction to company policies, culture, and reporting structure.
- Coordinate with respective departments to ensure new joiners have workstations, ID cards, and required resources on day one.
- Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure completion within defined timelines.
E. Due Diligence & Documentation
- Conduct background verification and due diligence of candidates before or after joining (previous employment verification, reference checks, address/ID proof verification, educational certificate checks).
- Maintain confidential and accurate personnel files for every employee (KYC documents, offer/appointment letters, verification reports).
- Flag discrepancies found during due diligence to management before final confirmation.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and applicable labour law documentation requirements.
F. General HR Support
- Maintain recruitment MIS/trackers and share periodic hiring status reports with management.
- Support probation review and confirmation process in coordination with department heads.
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks as assigned (attendance records, HR letters, employee data management).
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and candidate information at all times.
1.4 Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; HR/Business Administration specialization preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail sectors.
- Familiarity with job portals, resume databases, and basic HR documentation practices.
1.5 Key Skills
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
- Good interpersonal and telephonic communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email correspondence.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring deadlines.
- High attention to detail, especially for verification and documentation work.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
1.6 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Time-to-hire (average days from requisition to joining).
- Quality and accuracy of due diligence/verification reports.
- Interview-to-offer and offer-to-joining conversion ratios.
- Onboarding completion rate within defined timelines.
- Candidate and hiring-manager satisfaction with the recruitment process.
1.7 Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based role at Head Office.
- Occasional travel may be required for campus hiring, walk-in drives, or verification visits.
- Standard working days/hours as per company policy.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
