We are looking for an experienced HR professional with complete end-to-end knowledge of factory HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll, HRMS, labour management, and employee lifecycle management.
The candidate should be capable of independently handling HR operations for a manufacturing plant and ensuring complete compliance with all applicable labour laws.
Position Summary
The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, HRMS administration, payroll processing, statutory compliance, labour management, biometric attendance, shift scheduling, employee documentation, contractor coordination, and HR reporting.
The candidate must be willing to work in a factory environment, interact with workers on the shop floor, coordinate with government departments, and ensure that the organization remains 100% compliant with labour laws and statutory requirements.

3. Attendance & Biometric Management
- Daily biometric monitoring.
- Face/Fingerprint registration.
- Attendance corrections.
- Missing punch management.
- Late coming reports.
- Absenteeism monitoring.
- Daily attendance reconciliation.
- Contractor attendance monitoring.
4. Shift Planning & Workforce Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly shift rosters.
- Manage rotational shifts.
- Deploy manpower based on production plans.
- Shift allocation through HRMS.
- Overtime approvals.
- Weekly off scheduling.
- Holiday manpower planning.
- Production manpower balancing.
5. Payroll Management
- Monthly payroll processing.
- Attendance verification.
