· Develop and execute product strategy and portfolio plans for vegetable crops
· Lead product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization
· Work closely with R&D, breeding, and production teams for pipeline development
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
· Plan and execute product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies
· Support sales teams with technical training, product knowledge, and field demonstrations
· Monitor product performance, demand forecasting, and inventory planning
· Drive farmer engagement programs, field days, and crop demonstrations
· Identify opportunities for new product introductions and market expansion
· Drives the entire Lifecycle of Assigned Crops & Varieties.
· Market survey, analysis, complete business planning, & execution with the sales team.
· R&D collaboration will lead commercialization.
· Product Launches & Promotion.
· Sales Support & Forecasting
