Job Title –Senior Salesforce Developer
Location – Remote
Work Hours – 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST
Experience- 8+ Years
Contract- 6months
Responsibilities:
● Participate and strong lead in agile for daily scrum meetings
● Has the ability to work collaboratively in a creative, agile environment and manage task assignments
● Understand business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements
● Write Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components while configuring Salesforce product related applications
● Integrate Salesforce with other systems
● Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews
● Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.
● Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts
● Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On
● Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s)
● Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand code
● Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage
● Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production system
● Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required.
Qualifications:
● At least 8+ Years experience developing on the Salesforce Platform. This time should not include being an end user. Only the time where development actually took place. with strong expertise in LWC development and integrations,
● Ability to be a dedicated lead resource for an enterprise project up to two years
● A leader, client facing, strong written and verbal communication
● Experience working in large, complex projects and collaboration with remote and offshore teams.
● Platform Developer II Certified
● Extremely knowledgeable in the Salesforce ecosystem following areas:
○ Digital Experience Sites (Communities)
○ Flows (All Flow Types)
○ Lightning Web Components
○ Security/Permissions
● Ability to out of the box functionality to maintain scalable solutions.
● Utilizing the Salesforce Lightning Design System
● Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools
● Ability to take Business Processes/Requirements and design a scalable solution that uses as much out of the box functionality as possible.
● Ability to take Business Requirements and translate them into Technical Requirements
● Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and C# language

● JMeter for Performance Testing
