- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers through phone, email, chat, or remote support tools.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining high service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product usage.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and emerging technologies.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.
