Key Responsibilities
● Design high-CTR thumbnails for long-form and livestreams, consistent framing, the principal’s recognizable face, and four-word-or-fewer Devanagari overlays.
● Create festival creatives, posters, channel banners, end screens, lower-thirds, and templated graphics.
● Build reusable templates (Canva / Photoshop) so short-form and posts stay on-brand at speed.
● Produce social posts and event graphics; adapt designs for the English- and diaspora audience as needed.
● Partner with Editors and Content on title text, packaging, and A/B thumbnail variants.
● Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (and Canva for templates); strong typography, including Devanagari.
● A portfolio showing thumbnail/creative work, ideally for video or social.
● Fast turnaround, brand consistency, and an eye for the devotional aesthetic.
● Motion or animated thumbnails/graphics; experience designing for YouTube CTR; understanding of A/B testing.
What are we looking for
- 2 to 5 years in design, with a thumbnail/social portfolio.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (and Canva for templates); strong typography, including Devanagari.
- A portfolio showing thumbnail/creative work, ideally for video or social.
- Nice to have: motion or animated thumbnails/graphics, experience designing for YouTube CTR, understanding of A/B testing.
- Fast turnaround with unwavering brand consistency.
- A genuine eye for the devotional aesthetic. You get the tone, not just the trend.
- You think in CTR, not just aesthetics. A thumbnail's job is to be clicked.
- Based in Gurugram or ready to relocate.
