Your Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Intern, you'll play a key role in helping QEVN identify and connect with potential clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and identifying high-quality business prospects using AI-powered tools and online research platforms.
- Building targeted lead lists based on defined ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Executing personalized outreach through LinkedIn, cold email, and other outbound channels.
- Identifying decision-makers and gathering relevant company information.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Following up with prospects consistently to maximize response rates.
- Maintaining accurate lead data and activity records within the CRM.
- Preparing a daily End-of-Day (EOD) report summarizing outreach, leads generated, meetings booked, and overall progress.
- Participating in daily review meetings with the Sales Director to discuss performance, challenges, and improvement strategies.
- Working towards achieving weekly and monthly outreach and business development KPIs.

Compensation:
This is a performance-based internship, meaning there is no fixed monthly stipend.
Instead, you'll earn a fixed commission for every successful client acquisition generated through your efforts.
There is no cap on earnings - your income depends entirely on your performance.
