Job Summary
Institute of Sports Science & Technology (ISST) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions Counsellor to drive student admissions across its sports education programs.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills with the ability to guide prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities in the sports industry. The role also includes supporting routine administrative activities and conducting lectures or student engagement sessions as required.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Counselling
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding ISST programs, certifications, and career opportunities
- Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, social media, walk-ins, and events
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
- Guide students through the application and enrolment process
- Achieve admission and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admissions
Student & Parent Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents
- Address queries related to courses, admissions, fees, placements, and career prospects
- Ensure a positive and professional admission experience
Administrative Support
- Assist in routine administrative and office coordination work
- Maintain admission records, reports, databases, and documentation
- Prepare reports using MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for student onboarding and documentation
Academic Support
- Conduct lectures as per requirement
- Assist faculty and academic departments in student-related activities
- Support institutional events, seminars, orientations, and workshops
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Admissions counselling and sales experience
- Lead generation and conversion skills
- MS Office and Google Sheets proficiency
- Familiarity with CRM software and AI productivity tools
- Good documentation and reporting abilities
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Academic counselling: 2 years (Preferred)
