About the Role
Analyx Academy is looking for an energetic and communication-focused Admission Counselor to join our growing team. You will interact with prospective students, understand their career goals, explain our training programs, and guide them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Counsel students about Analyx Academy's courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and training teams.
- Build positive relationships with students throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in admission counseling, education sales, telecalling, or inside sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling calls and student queries.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
- Passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
