Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) battery systems and BMS applications.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable battery pack and BMS solutions.
Support system integration, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities at customer and field locations.
Coordinate with design, software, hardware, testing, and production teams for application support and issue resolution.
Prepare technical documents, wiring diagrams, application notes, user manuals, and customer presentations.
Support validation, testing, and performance evaluation activities during product deployment.
Assist customers in fault diagnosis and resolution of battery and BMS-related technical issues.
Conduct product performance analysis and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Support certification, safety, and compliance requirements during application implementation.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, suppliers, and customers for technical discussions and project execution.
Provide technical training and guidance to customers, service teams, and internal departments.
Support pilot projects, prototype installations, field trials, and new product deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
Good understanding of LV/HV battery systems, lithium-ion batteries, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, communication protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
Hands-on experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and technical support activities is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation preparation.
Preferred Experience
Experience in the EV industry, energy storage systems, automotive electronics, or battery manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with CAN communication, testing equipment, and safety standards preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
