We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Pharmacy In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, regulatory compliance, accurate dispensing processes, and effective team supervision while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and support pharmacy staff.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medications as per prescriptions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement to prevent shortages.
- Maintain inventory records and minimize medication wastage.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, hospital policies, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication requirements.
- Handle controlled drugs and maintain required documentation.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure excellent customer/patient service.
- Prepare reports related to inventory, sales, and pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and inventory management.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and patient safety.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
