About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, dependable, and highly organized Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder and provide day-to-day support across business operations, coordination, administration, and priority projects.
As a key support partner to the Founder, you will help manage schedules, follow-ups, communications, documentation, and operational activities while ensuring that important tasks and commitments are executed effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and contributing beyond a fixed job scope. This role may occasionally require flexibility in working hours based on business priorities, meetings, travel, or urgent assignments.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule
· Coordinate with clients, candidates, vendors, service providers, and business associates
· Schedule and organize meetings, interviews, calls, and business discussions
· Maintain trackers, reports, records, and business documentation
· Monitor pending tasks, commitments, and deadlines while ensuring timely follow-ups
· Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents
· Assist with travel planning, bookings, itineraries, and meeting arrangements
· Conduct online research and gather information to support business decisions and projects
· Support recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
· Assist in managing operational, administrative, and business support activities
· Maintain organized digital and physical records
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
· Provide administrative and personal support to the Founder as required
· Support special projects, new initiatives, and priority assignments
· Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion
Requirements
· 1–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
· Strong follow-up, coordination, and execution skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
· Comfortable working directly with a founder in a dynamic business environment
· Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership
Working Days & Timings
· Working Days: Monday – Saturday
· Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
· Location: Sector 62, Noida (On-site)
