Enter and update:
- Customer enquiries / leads
- Booking forms and application details
- Payment receipts and transaction records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Excel / CRM / software
Payment & Documentation Tracking
- Record customer payments and due amounts
- Maintain:
- Payment schedules
- Outstanding reports
- Support accounts team with basic data
Documentation & Filing
- Maintain digital and physical records of:
- Booking forms
- Agreements (if required for tracking)
- Ensure proper file naming and organization
- Report Generation
- Prepare basic reports:
Data Accuracy & Confidentiality
- Ensure error-free data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of:
- Customer information
- Financial data
Report Generation
- Daily lead report
- Booking status
- Inventory status
- Generate Excel reports for management review
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Data entry: 2 years (Required)
