Role Summary
Responsible for expanding the bakery brand by identifying, recruiting, and on boarding new franchise partners in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify franchise leads.
- Meet potential franchise investors and present the business opportunity.
- Identify suitable locations for new bakery outlets.
- Achieve franchise sales and outlet opening targets.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for franchise setup.
- Maintain relationships with franchise partners.
- Submit regular sales and market reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
