We are looking for a dedicated MIS Executive to manage our information systems,
databases, and reporting infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring that
all departments have access to accurate, timely information for decision-making.
The MIS Executive will:
- Manage ERP and accounting software systems
- Generate reports for sales, inventory, and finance
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy
- Support end-users with IT issues
- Optimize business processes through technology
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SYSTEM MANAGEMENT:
- Maintain and operate Tally/ERP systems
- Monitor system performance and uptime
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery
- Manage server and database infrastructure
- Install software updates and security patches
- Troubleshoot system issues promptly
DATA & REPORTING:
- Generate daily sales, inventory, and financial reports
- Create management dashboards and analytics
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Analyze business trends and patterns
- Prepare reports for various departments
- Design custom reports as needed
DATABASE MANAGEMENT:
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Monitor database performance
- Create and maintain data backups
- Archive old data appropriately
- Optimize database queries
- Ensure data security
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2-4 years in MIS/IT role
- Hands-on experience with Tally or similar ERP software
- Experience in retail/wholesale business (Preferred)
- Database management experience
- System administration background
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- BCA or B.Tech (IT/CS) preferred
- Certification in MIS/ERP (Desirable)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
