Job Summary
DKT infra is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
- Handle visitor records and maintain attendance logs.
- Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks.
- Maintain office records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
