Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – Hotel & Hospitality Services is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the hospitality sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets across hotel services, corporate clients, travel agents, and event partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients including corporate companies, travel agencies, event planners, and tour operators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet services, events, and hospitality packages.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients.
- Coordinate with operations, front office, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in hotel sales / hospitality sales / B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with hotel management systems (PMS/CRM).
- Event and banquet sales experience
