About the Role.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands internet culture, content psychology, branding, and performance-driven storytelling.
This is not a basic social media posting role. We want a creative strategist who studies viral content, understands hooks and retention, and can turn ideas into high-performing campaigns across social platforms.
If you constantly save reels for inspiration, analyze ads subconsciously, and think in content formats — this role is for you.
Responsibilities.
Social Media & Content
- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Plan content calendars and coordinate publishing schedules
- Write captions, scripts, hook lines, ad copy, and creative briefs
- Brainstorm reel concepts, storytelling formats, and campaign ideas
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging
- Monitor engagement, audience behavior, and emerging trends
Strategy & Performance.
- Develop conversion-focused content and ad concepts
- Create scroll-stopping hooks and performance creatives
- Analyze trends, competitors, creators, and viral formats regularly
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and videographers
- Test and improve creative performance using insights and data
Requirements.
Core Skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube, and short-form content
- Excellent written English and copywriting skills
- Understanding of hooks, retention psychology, and storytelling
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and conversion creatives
- Awareness of AI-driven discovery platforms and modern content ecosystems
Ideal Traits.
- Obsessed with content, branding, advertising, and storytelling
- Strong aesthetic sense with performance-focused thinking
- Self-driven, proactive, and fast-moving
- Keeps swipe files, inspiration boards, or creative references
- Constantly consuming and analyzing online content
Bonus Skills.
- Experience with D2C, education, creator-led, or food brands
- Ability to script reels and UGC-style ads
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Figma, or AI tools
- Understanding of metrics like CPL, ROAS, and funnel performance

- You struggle with ownership, consistency, or speed
- You are not deeply interested in branding, content, or advertising
