Job Summary
Vidya Setu Institute is hiring a motivated and target-driven Ph.D. Sales & Academic Counselor to handle student counseling, Ph.D. course sales, and research support service enrollments.
The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions by counseling research scholars and working professionals regarding Ph.D. programs, university options, research support services, synopsis preparation, paper publication, and thesis assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Ph.D. admission and research support inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding:
- Ph.D. Admissions
- Part-time & Full-time Ph.D. Programs
- Research Support Services
- Synopsis & Thesis Assistance
- Paper Publication Support
- Plagiarism Checking
- Explain course structure, university process, fee structure, and timelines.
- Generate admissions and close sales through proper counseling and follow-up.
- Maintain daily lead reports, follow-up sheets, and admission records.
- Coordinate with internal research teams and universities for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly revenue and admission targets.
- Build long-term relationships with scholars for upselling additional research services.
- Attend webinars, seminars, and counseling sessions for lead generation and conversion.
Sales Targets & Performance Expectations
- Monthly admission and revenue targets will be assigned.
- Regular follow-up with old and new leads is mandatory.
- Candidate should maintain professional communication and strong conversion ratios.
- Performance incentives will be based on admissions and revenue generation.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and convincing skills.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication.
- Good telecalling and follow-up abilities.
- Confidence in handling Ph.D.-related academic discussions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
