Jr. and Sr. US IT Recruiter
We are hiring for US IT specialist/Expert Recruiter with 3 to 7 years who has the character to work under high pressure environment and able to deliver on time. Candidate must be able to work independently and he/she should be able to recruit highly skilled H1b, H4 Ead, GC and USC candidates for our W2, C2C and 1099 positions. Candidates with excellent communication skills in various software technologies is must.
- Recruiter must have hands on experience in using AI tools to do technical screen of the candidates.
- Recruiter is solely responsible for recruiting candidates with strong technical background.
- Recruiter is solely responsible for determining and verifying authenticity of candidates work, technical and educational qualification.
- Should have hands on experience in recruiting software consultants based on client requirements.
- Should have hands on experience in hiring candidates for Data Infrastructure & Architecture, Backend Software Engineer, Cloud Engineering, DBMS, Data Warehousing & Data Lakes, Big Data Frameworks, ETL/ELT Tools,Oracle NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud/EBS SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica Cloud ERP, Workday and PeopleSoft…etc.
- Should have hands on experience in hiring consultants worked in roles ofadmins, developers, functional, technical, solution architect, project managers and production support experts.
- Should be able to recruiter candidates on W2, C2C and 1099 in 2 to 4 hours once requirement is shared by the Tier-1 vendor/State Clients/ Federal Clients.
- Should be able to recruiter candidates on W2, C2C and 1099 with minimum 10 to 15 years of work experience.
- Able to speak with potential candidates/consultants with good communication skills and answer all their questions.
- Should have good knowledge of US immigration process of H1B and Green Card process. He should be familiar with H1B transfers and I-140 Portability process.
- Should be good at cold calling the all types of candidates with proper accent.
- Should be able to recruit H1B/H4EAD/GC/USC candidates from social media tools and other networking sites from his own connections.
- Think out of the box and be willing to work well under strict deadlines and targets.
- Should lead by example with regards to punctuality and discipline at workplace.
Salary is negotiable and No Limit for right candidate
Shift : Night.
Timing : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
