Job Description – Centre Head
- Lead the overall operations of the preschool, ensuring high standards of academics, safety, and parent satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor teachers and support staff while maintaining discipline and team performance.
- Drive admissions, enrolment growth, and community engagement through effective marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, statutory requirements, and smooth day-to-day centre administration.
- Build strong relationships with parents by addressing concerns promptly and delivering an excellent preschool experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
