Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, follow safety standards, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform effective troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Install and maintain electrical panels, circuit breakers, switches, sockets, and lighting systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and instruments.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance staff to complete assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Electrician (or more, depending on the role).
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with electrical testing tools and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and at different job sites if required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
