Job Overview
We are looking for a VITAL Coordinator to design and manage mentorship and learning support programmes for children/individuals with diverse learning needs, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement individual and group mentorship programmes
- Develop and manage Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
- Conduct assessments and identify learning support needs
- Provide one-on-one and small group mentoring
- Adapt curriculum and learning materials for inclusivity
- Collaborate with faculty, therapists, and stakeholders
- Engage with parents and share progress updates
- Maintain student records and documentation
Requirements
- Master’s in Special Education / Psychology / Social Work / Education / Disability Studies
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of inclusive education
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
