Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and ensure smooth order processing across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, etc.
- Handle order processing, tracking, returns, and cancellations
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
- Update product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability
- Handle customer queries and resolve order-related issues
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and campaigns
- Generate daily/weekly sales and order reports
- Ensure smooth marketplace operations and timely fulfillment
