Position Overview
- Role: Direct Sales Representative
- Location: Faridabad, Haryana (On-field / Field Sales)
- Experience Required: 0–1 years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!)
- Education: Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.Tech, etc.)
- Compensation (CTC): ₹25,000 to ₹27,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers in assigned territories across Faridabad to pitch products/services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and local networking.
- Sales Closure: Understand customer needs, handle objections confidently, and close sales deals to meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with onboarded clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of daily field visits, leads generated, and sales completed in the daily tracker or CRM software.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a confident, convincing personality.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi is required; basic conversational English is a plus.
- Mindset: A highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and loves meeting new people.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driving license for daily field travel.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
