- Design Concept: Create aesthetically pleasing and functional interior design layouts and 2D/3D visualizations.
- Site Visits: Conduct on-site measurements and supervise projects to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Client Coordination: Meet with clients to understand their requirements and present design proposals.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools for drafting and modeling.
- Material Selection: Source and suggest appropriate materials, furniture, and color palettes within budget.
- Project Management: Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of site work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision and material sourcing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
