Must have skills
1. Knowledge of the entire Hire to Retire lifecycle. Workforce Administration, C&B, HD, Reporting and Payroll (Pre and post payroll) SuccessFactors.
2. Good Communication skills and ability to handle client escalations and client calls in English language.
3. 4 to 8 years' experience in HRO and relevant tools.
4. Handson experience in SuccessFactors report creation, resolving replication issues is a must for the role along with the above experience.
Good to have skills
1. Experience in Process transition including process maps, SIPOC, RCA and escalation management.
2. Handons experience in PPT, excel.
