- Conduct physiotherapy assessment and evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient needs and physician recommendations.
- Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other physiotherapy interventions.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
- Provide physiotherapy care for inpatients, outpatients, ICU/critical care patients, post-operative and orthopedic cases, as applicable.
- Support rehabilitation of patients following surgery, injury, stroke, neurological conditions, and other medical conditions.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture, mobility, precautions, and home-care programs.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and modify the treatment plan when required.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment provided, patient progress, and discharge recommendations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient rehabilitation.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices, patient safety procedures, and hospital protocols.
- Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
- Report any deterioration in the patient's condition or treatment-related concerns to the concerned physician/senior.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, quality initiatives, and NABH-related activities.
- Maintain professional confidentiality and adhere to the hospital's code of conduct and policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
