Position: Creative Head
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns for marketing, advertising, and branding activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication materials.
- Plan and oversee the design of brochures, banners, posters, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, HR, and management teams to understand creative requirements.
- Review and approve creative designs before publication or production.
- Manage photo shoots, video shoots, advertisements, and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop innovative creative strategies.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
- Manage creative budgets and vendor relationships when required.
