About the Role
YadaSutra is looking for creative and enthusiastic Content Creators to develop engaging User-Generated Content (UGC) for social media and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, storytelling, and creating videos that connect with audiences.
You will work closely with the marketing team, videographer, and video editor to bring creative ideas to life and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate fresh UGC-style content ideas for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Create concepts for product demonstrations, testimonials, unboxing videos, educational content, and lifestyle videos.
- Write engaging scripts and creative briefs for video production.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and trending audio.
- Coordinate with the marketing team, videographer, and video editor throughout the content creation process.
- Assist in planning and organizing video shoots.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Meet monthly content production targets.
Required Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Strong scriptwriting and content planning abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating UGC-style videos (personal, freelance, or professional).
- Knowledge of wellness, beauty, or lifestyle content.
- Basic understanding of video production and editing workflows.
- Experience using content planning or project management tools.
- Portfolio or social media profile showcasing your creative work is an added advantage.
