- Lead backend development using NodeJS

- Review code and ensure best development practices
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams
- Mentor and guide development team members
- Optimize application performance and database queries
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in NodeJS & JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with ExpressJS/NestJS
- Knowledge of MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Understanding of REST APIs & Microservices
- Familiarity with AWS, Git, and CI/CD processes
- Good leadership and communication skills
