Frankojulia, a leading brand partner in the Travel Retail segment, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader for a leading perfume brand at Mumbai Duty Free.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the beauty advisors/promoters team on the shop floor
* Ensure excellent customer service and premium brand representation
* Drive sales targets and maximize business opportunities
* Maintain grooming, VM standards, stock coordination, and daily reporting
* Coordinate with airport retail teams and brand principals
* Train and guide the team on product knowledge and selling techniques
* Handle operational and customer-related concerns efficiently
Requirements:
* Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, luxury retail, or travel retail preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Smart personality with good grooming standards
* Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
* Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
* Airport retail experience will be an added advantage
