Position Overview
We are looking for passionate, driven, and knowledgeable Tech Educators to join our academic team. If you have a deep enthusiasm for mentoring the next generation of tech professionals and possess strong technical expertise, we want to hear from you.
We are hiring faculty across three key domains:
Full-Stack Development
Data Analytics
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Delivery: Conduct engaging lectures, practical hands-on lab sessions, and interactive workshops for students and professionals.
Curriculum & Mentorship: Guide students through real-world projects, capstone assignments, and industry-oriented use cases.
Placement Prep: Help students build strong technical portfolios, prepare for technical interviews, and master problem-solving skills.
Continuous Learning: Keep track of current industry trends and update training materials to match modern industry standards.
Domain-Specific Requirements
1. Full-Stack Development Faculty
Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end web development technologies.
Mastery of MERN / MEAN Stack (React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB/SQL) or Python Full-Stack (Django/Flask, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
Experience with Git, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployment basics.
2. Data Analytics Faculty
Solid background in data manipulation, visualization, and business intelligence.
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) or R.
Hands-on expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
3. Artificial Intelligence Faculty
Strong foundational knowledge of AI principles, Machine Learning algorithms, and Deep Learning techniques.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI fundamentals is a strong plus.
Qualifications & Attributes
Passion for Teaching: A strong desire to simplify complex technical concepts and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant industry or prior teaching experience is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Patient, adaptable, and focused on student success.
