Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
- Assist with background checks and reference verification
Administrative Tasks
- Update employee databases and maintain accurate records
- File HR documents and process new hire paperwork
- Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents
- Make meeting arrangements and manage calendars
Employee Relations
- Assist with onboarding and orientation programs
- Help organize company events and career fairs
- Support employee development initiatives
- Assist with exit interviews and offboarding processes
Pay: Up to ₹2,000.00 per month
