About the Role
Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) is looking for a Programme Manager (Academic) to develop and deploy market-relevant academic and professional programmes aligned with institutional strategy. The role involves programme design, market research, feasibility analysis, academic positioning, and cross-functional coordination to support the successful launch and growth of new programme offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new academic and professional programmes based on market demand and institutional priorities.
- Conduct market research and feasibility analysis for proposed programmes.
- Identify target learner segments and assess their needs and enrolment potential.
- Design programme structures, formats, and market positioning.
- Prepare programme concepts, value propositions, and pitch materials for approvals and promotions.
- Collaborate with academic, leadership, and marketing teams to develop viable programmes.
- Review competing programmes and industry trends to ensure relevance and differentiation.
- Support programme development from concept creation through launch.
- Monitor programme performance and recommend improvements based on market response.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of approved programmes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Management, Economics, M.Tech, or M.Sc.
Experience
- 5–6 years of experience in programme development, academic planning, curriculum design, or related functions.
Preferred Skills
- Programme design and development.
- Market research and feasibility analysis.
- Target audience identification and demand assessment.
- Academic positioning and value proposition development.
- Presentation and pitch creation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
