We are currently looking for a Customer Care Executive to support and strengthen our network of affiliate mechanics across India.
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care Executive with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for affiliate mechanics and coordinate closely with service and operations teams to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for mechanics, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate with service and operations teams to strengthen mechanic relationships
- Monitor mechanic performance and gather regular feedback
- Support onboarding and engagement initiatives for new affiliate mechanics
- Prepare and present reports on affiliate engagement and performance metrics
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Hindi / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam (any one language is mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and reporting accuracy

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
