Responsibilities-1.Negotiation and communications skills.
2.Proficient with MS Office and other technical engineering software .
3.to maintain good relationship with a variety of people for future prospective proposals and projects.
4.Skilled in researching and identifying component materials that meets design criteria and reduces cost.
5.Possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
6. Knowledge of Company Processes
7. Practical Thinking. Should have knowledge & familiar with IATF , PED , Technical Updates & Material Standards
8. Developing and executing user research plans and protocols leading to design inputs
9. Conducting human factors analysis on new products and product designs
10. Designing new products, product improvements and product customization
11. Designing parts, fixtures and tooling to support development of innovative drug delivery solutions
12. Developing and testing product prototypes
13. Performing engineering and quality analysis of designs and prototypes
14. Developing and executing product testing protocols and documenting results
15. Collaborating with machinists and manufacturing engineers to ensure manufacturability and execution of fixture builds
16. Identifying, evaluating and managing vendors to support product development and prototyping
17. Leading projects or project teams, as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
