JD:
This role will be responsible for listing products on our website, supporting catalogue management, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
Website Listings
Create, update, and maintain product listings on the website — including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes
Ensure listings are accurate, consistent, and optimized for discoverability
Coordinate with internal teams to publish new products and promotional updates on time
Catalogue Management
Organize and maintain the product catalog with correct categorization, tagging, and metadata
Audit existing listings regularly to identify and fix errors, duplicates, or gaps
Work with vendors/suppliers to gather and verify product information
Operations Support
Assist with order management, inventory tracking, and coordination with warehouse/logistics teams
Support reporting and documentation for operational workflows
Flag and help resolve operational issues — returns, stock discrepancies, listing errors — in a timely manner
Contribute to process improvement initiatives as the business scales
Essential Work Experience:
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, catalogue management, or a similar role
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing large volumes of data
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Additional Skills:
Basic understanding of SEO as it applies to product listings
Prior experience in a D2C or marketplace-driven business
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
