POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Head
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Lead the marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.
2. Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Enhance brand positioning and awareness through innovative marketing initiatives.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights from market research to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
5. Product Marketing:
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies to support new product launches and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing efforts align with product features and benefits.
6. Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
