- Assisting Dubai Accounts Department & Management as per their instructions.
- Opening and closing jobs and maintaining all job files in the system (JBM).
- Day-to-day coordination between FLOMIC Accounts and Customer Service (CS) staff regarding daily jobs.
- Following up on customer payments and outstanding collections.
- Uploading invoices and related documents to customer portals/systems.
- Maintaining proper records and supporting smooth accounting and operational processes.
