Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Visit customer locations for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide timely technical support and guidance to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding service updates, escalations, and reporting.
Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and daily field visit reports.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company equipment and tools.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional service delivery.
Adhere to company safety and operational guidelines during field visits.
Eligibility & Requirements
ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, electronics, mechanical systems, or troubleshooting.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai for customer visits.
Freshers with technical aptitude may also apply.
Compensation & Benefits
Experience: 25,000 per month
Fresher: ₹18,000 per month
Food Allowance: ₹100 per working day
Fuel Reimbursement: ₹3.20 per km (from office to customer location)
Bike Maintenance Allowance: ₹1,500 per quarter
