Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Telecallers / Lead Generation Executives with excellent communication skills to generate quality leads, engage with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Explain products/services and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Preferred language proficiency:
- English
- Kannada
- Malayalam
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
