Roles & Responsibilities
- Market analysis to generate revenues.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and sales calls.
- Create brand awareness through social media and digital marketing.
- Establish and manage relationships with customers/shippers/carriers/vendors.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution.
- Prepare MIS reports.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
- Any Graduate (Course in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage)
- Work experience – 4-5 years (Candidates with prior experience in freight forwarding will be preferred)
IT & Language Proficiency
- MS Office (Excel \ Word \ PPT)
- Language Proficiency – English, Marathi and Hindi
