Sales Engineer
1. ROLE OBJECTIVE
> To generate leads , secure new deals and generate appointments.
2. DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Scanning locations for new prospects and scheduling meet with Customers
2. Technical Understanding of Products offerings from Alga Flowork
3. Presentation of Products to Customers/ pitching the benefits of Our Products
4. Pitching for the right kind of Solution to a customer depending on his needs
5. Conducting an initial survey of identifying potential customers
6. Generate referrals from satisfied clients by staying in touch with them post sales.
7. Coordinating with Installation on scheduling installation date
8. Plan for the day/Week/Month to achieve targets, Prepare daily sales call reports.
9. Keeping updated on customer enquiries up-to-date
Technical Engineer
1. Product Knowledge & Induction
- Gain in-depth understanding of the company’s product offerings, especially Alga Floworks Pvt Ltd.
- Conduct internal and external product induction sessions as needed
2. End-to-End Sales Management
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demos to customers.
· Highlight key product benefits and value propositions to drive customer interest.
3. Installation & Commissioning Support
· Coordinate closely with the installation team to schedule installation dates with customers.
· Support product installation and commissioning activities to ensure smooth handover.
4. Customer Engagement & Enquiries Handling
· Maintain timely updates on customer enquiries and provide accurate technical information.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing queries promptly.
5. Data Collection & Analysis
· Collect relevant customer data, performance metrics, and usage patterns.
· Analyse data to generate insights and recommend improvements or solutions.
6. Technical Specification Gathering
· Collect and document detailed technical specifications from customers.
· Understand site conditions, operational requirements, and constraints.
7. Requirements Identification
· Identify customer operational parameters such as temperature, size, flow rate, and system needs.
· Assess module arrangement feasibility based on customer requirements and site conditions.
8. Cross-Functional Coordination
· Work closely with the installation, engineering, and product teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and timely project execution.
· Communicate technical requirements and customer expectations clearly across teams.
9. Technical Expertise
· Develop strong technical understanding of all offerings from Alga Floworks.
· Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams during the sales and implementation phase
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹44,022.36 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Ahmedabad)
