We are seeking a talented and creative Designer with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience and above and a keen eye for design with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling projects.
Responsibilities:
● Preparing the floor plans and elevation concepts as per the client’s requirement
● Develop detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models.
● Attending the client queries and coming with creative solutions
● Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.
● Work closely with the construction and project management teams to implement design solutions.
● Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
- Leverage AI-powered design and visualization tools to enhance design efficiency, improve productivity, and support creative decision-making.
Key Skills:
● Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
● Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and construction methods. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
● Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and visualization tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini - Nano Banana, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI tools) will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
● Minimum 1 year and above of relevant experience in design.
