Job summary:
The Competence Head is responsible for overseeing technical training, competency development, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead competency-based training programs and skill development initiatives.
-Provide technical guidance and support to trainers and field service teams.
-Ensure high-quality service delivery, including troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning.
-Monitor and maintain training records, time logs, and resource utilization.
-Prepare reports and feedback for management to improve technical operations.
-Collaborate with supervisors to enhance workforce competency and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Preferred in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 4 years in a related field.
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with construction equipment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
