Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management
- Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, shift allowances, incentives, and deductions before payroll processing.
- Prepare salary sheets and payroll reports for management review.
- Generate and distribute salary slips to employees.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, MLWF, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities regarding payroll-related compliances.
- Maintain statutory records and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Assist during audits related to payroll and compliance.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor attendance records through HRMS/biometric systems.
- Reconcile attendance discrepancies and coordinate with department heads for approvals.
- Maintain leave records and ensure accurate leave deductions/encashment calculations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
