Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer (Frontend-Oriented) with 2–4 years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building user-friendly interfaces for multiple business platforms while collaborating closely with backend developers, designers, and product teams.
This position is ideal for developers who enjoy building responsive applications, optimizing user experience, and working with modern JavaScript frameworks in a collaborative startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Build and enhance the Candidate Portal, Employer Portal, Partner Portal, and Admin Dashboard.
- Develop reusable UI components following industry best practices.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Ensure applications are mobile-friendly, responsive, and accessible across devices.
- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements.
