We are looking for an experienced and passionate English Facilitator to teach Grades 4 to 10. If you love the English language and can teach with patience, creativity, and tact, we’d love to meet you.
Role Overview
Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that helps students develop strong reading, writing, and speaking skills. Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support their learning goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver curriculum objectives effectively using engaging teaching methods
- Plan and implement structured, innovative, and interactive lessons
- Design and evaluate assessments; track assignments and exam performance
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Provide remedial support and nurture gifted learners
- Collaborate with Subject Heads and colleagues
- Communicate student progress with parents and attend PTMs
- Maintain accurate academic records and submit monthly reports
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English & Education or related field
- Teaching certification with relevant experience
- Strong passion for teaching and student development
